Is there a problem with awareness then? Stwebapi is a way to leverage awareness using a Connect client as opposed to using the STProxy and tbh it's a pain to configure and I would advise all people to not bother trying to use it.

So, if you're not using stwebapi then is there a problem apart from errors in the developer tools of your web browsers?
