Domino authentication to LDAP authentication.

We all understand this process is difficult however it never seems to complete successfully and seems to fails silently causing immense user satisfaction issues.

When the convert task is run on a large buddy list (17000 entries in my case) and users have double byte characters or other anomalies their buddy lists are not converted. It is as if the convert process tries and then skip the users complete buddy list.

The xml log output however shows a clean migration.

Could you please publish effective debug parameters including detailed instructions on how to apply them and what services to restart to make them effective? Having a list of failed conversions will help tremendously.
