Online Meeting Center/Meeting Room 6.5.1 Windows NT/2000


I have installed (and re-installed) Lotus Instant Messaging and Web Conferencing (Sametime) 6.5.1/ Domino 6.5.3 on Win2k. All of the basics work great except for whiteboard and sharing (using ST Connect 3.1).
In the meeting room, the sharing and whiteboard buttons are unavailable (greyed out). The color depth and resolution are optimized (256 colors).
From the web administration tool, the tools are enabled.
I noticed in the archives others had this issue, but I haven't seen a definitive response. Any help is appreciated!
