Hi,

You need to create Customized Chat object and set it to the chatfactory.

CasCustomizeChatFactory ccf;

m_chatUI = (ChatUI)m_session.getCompApi(ChatUI.COMP_NAME);

ccf=new CustomizeChatFactory(m_session, this,getParameter("logoLabel"));
m_chatUI.setChatFactory(ccf);
