I have tried again, but am stuck now at the same point. The GW server is registered on SSC, but I cannot open any of the functions in Sametime Servers/ Gateway Servers (eg Communities/ Self Service Trace etc) - always responds with "unable to connect to data source". But I can telnet both ways on port 9080. Could it be a problem with the port number? There is a piece in the install documentation that says to refer to the "aboutthisProfile.txt" file to get the actual HTTP port, and this is showing 9082, but when I try to install using that value in the console config file, the install fails.
As always, your help is much appreciated (and needed)
