Domino upgrade to v9

Hi, I'm new to Domino adminstration.  I am looking to upgrade my Domino and LEI to version 9.  Currently running Domino and LEI v6 on separate servers.

Can Domino Enterprise Server and LEI be installed onto the same server or is it better to keep them on separate servers?
