No,

Only 15 min or Manual.

Best is Manual, since the new version you just have to launch mail app and slide down the page.

Manual will also save the battery.

Is it so hard to Add 3 or 5 Minutes?

What is wrong with 3 Minutes or 5 Minutes and Then 15 Minutes? I wonder why IBM DEV TEAM do not Add this simple function in Android Client!!! Sorry to say Lot of Customer don't like Domino because of IBM don't care what End User want.
