Email Addressing when sent from IBM Verse / Traveler

Hello.

We have an issue when certain emails are sent from IBM Verse to external recipients. Sometimes the email address format changes from that of what is configured in the users person document.

For example, our users can be communicating with an external recipient via a Notes client. Their email address correctly sends as aw@acme.com. A reply will come back from the external user. AW then

replies via Verse and his email address becomes adam_web@acme.com. Is there a setting on the Domino Server that can be used to prevent this from happening.

In addition, we have a CRM application that has also acts as a secondary address book for providing email addresses of clients.

When sending to auser <auser@users.com> from Verse, the email appears as auser <auser>. At the destination, the email SendTo field appears as auser@acme.com, yet it gets there. Once again, is there a way

to prevent this and get the Traveler Server to display the correct email address prior to sending ?

Many thanks,

Simon
