Update multiple fields from list

Hello,

how can i update multiple fields in a mask from a list selection?

Let's say i want to add a material with name, number, weight and price.
For this i want a button or a dialog field in my mask where i choose the material from a different view in the same database and update all the information in one go.

i normaly use formula language.
With @picklist i only could update 1 specific field, but not all 4 in the same time.


How to do this?

Not sure what you're asking.

StampAllMulti in a doc or view entry collection can modify values.

a dialog box can let you select which of the fields you want to change, or construct a selection formula of what documents you want to change.

With a folder you can copy-in the documents you've decided you want to change.
