I recently turn on the Mail Usage Report based on this Admin Doco -> http://www-01.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSKTMJ_9.0.1/admin/admn_generatingamailusagereport_t.dita

it works, however the data it sent out just does not make sense to me. Is there any help page to help me understand the data I received? For example, I created a report for Top 25 Senders By Count, The next hop shows is email01.company01.corp , it is one of our consultant email server and I do not think we sent out 225 email to them yesterday. I do have probe that send out iSpy emails, but it isn't configured to send to email01.company01.corp.

Mail usage

it is possible for Ispy to send a large amount of mail.  ISpy sends server and mail probes and stores the statistics. (configured through DDM). ISpy (runjava) will run automatically once probes are enabled.  If you want to really evaluate the mail usage, select a few users and report on their mail, then you can see if it is working as you expect.  There is not a tool to read this report, as it is pretty self explanatory.
