I have had two recent instances of this now, so I thought I'd canvas the community to see if anyone knows the cause.

 

In two separate cases, the icon representing the user's mail, calendar and contacts has turned to a red square when displayed in a Notes workspace tab...

 

In one case, I had to remove (and rebuild) the entire client 'workspace' folder to restore the icons back to their original form.

 

I can't say that this impedes the performance of the Notes client in any way, but want to avoid further calls after more upgrades are deployed.

Has anyone else observed this strange behaviour?

If so, is there an easy resolution? More importantly, is there something we can do to avoid this happening in the first place?
