Stop the Domino server and delete the DBDIRMAN.NSF database. Restart the Domino server and the DBDIRMAN.NSF database is recreated.  You can also recreate the DBDIRMAN while the server is up by stopping the DBDIRMAN task.  You must Tell router quit, then Tell dmdirman quit, run DBFLUSH a couple of times, then delete the DBDIRMAN.NSF.  Then when you Load DBDIRMAN, the file should be recreated.

dbdirman.nsf recreation
I delete every week users and add users with mail files.
When I check the console give me &nb= sp;messages like
25/05/2015 04:13:54   Compacting G:\IBM\Lotus\Domino\data\ddm.nsf
(Contr=F4leur de domaine Domino (8)),  -B G:\IBM\Lotus\Domino\data\ddm.n
25/05/2015 04:14:12   Recovery Manager: Assigning new DBIID for G:
\IBM\Lotus\Domino\data\ddm.nsf (need new backup for media recovery).
25/05/2015 04:14:12   Compacted  G:\IBM\Lotus\Domino\data\ddm.nsf,
4608K bytes recovered (3%)
25/05/2015 04:14:14   Database compactor process shutdown
I have this kind of "Not found or not a Notes database"

On re-creating the dbdirman.nsf the issue resolve message goes away but again appear after few days need to re-create. Any advise on this.
