Traveler: device deleted but still present in Traveler.nsf

I've deleted security and device but entry won't go from Traveler.nsf. I've tried to defrag Traveler database, but user and device are still present in the Traveler.nsf... If I enter those two command again, console outputs that <device> is not a valid device for <olduser>. So it seams that device is deleted, but Traveler.nsf won't remove it.

Any help?

Hi Vedran,

What is your Traveler build? 9.0.1.13 or above?

I'm asking because we saw similar issue in the past:

LO89952: DELETED DEVICES STILL SEEN IN UI AFTER REPEATED CLEANUP

http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg1LO89952

If you have already deleted device and you want to cleanup security records you can try the following:
- run set config NTS_ADMIN_CLEANUP_TIMEOUT=0
- restart the server
- run set config NTS_ADMIN_CLEANUP_TIMEOUT=30  (to revert back to default settings)
- check lotustraveler.nsf
