How to remove the shared mail flag on a mail file when the shared mail db is removed?

From previous times my company was running shared mail. At some point this was turned off. This was before I entered the company and I do not know how this was done. But obviously, the unlink was not done correctly and we have a few mail files which still has the shared mail flag. Every time when the server is started, we get the message "D:\Domino\Data\mail\xxxxx.nsf is linked to shared mail, please unlink this database from shared mail". The shared mail database is forever gone, and I have found no way to remove the connection to shared mail on those mail databases. How can this be done? I assume that there is certain properties with the databases involved which indicates that the db is shared mail enabled, is there any way to modify these options? E.g. by NotesPeek, or some other tools? Thanks!
