I have an opportunity to migrate somewhere in the neighborhood of 500 mailboxes from Exchange 2010 to Notes - and looking for ideas/suggestions/war stories.

We performed a similar migration back in 2003 using CMT for Notes from Binary Tree, but recently found out that, although Binary Tree still markets the product, it hasn't been updated in a couple years, so I'm not sure what exposure I'll have there.

I also find that I have virtually no notes from the previous process - but also note that I believe the process will be different in that in 2003 we imported .pst files from all user machines, whereas with Exchange 2010 we'll be importing about 850G of mail from the server, as well as a number of users have local .pst files for archives.

I'm still in the discovery phase, but I thought I'd ask if anyone else has recently had any experience with this, and might offer suggestions.
