I have an outside vendor who needs to view the schedule of my sales team.  I realize I need to give them an account on the Domino server, but I don't want them to be able to send mail from my server - just access the sales guys calendars - and they don't need to see detail information, just available time is sufficient.  I've tried doing this with just a person record, but I'm willing to setup a full ID as long as they can't send mail from my domain.  I can't get it setup this way.  The "test" account was able to also read the sales guys contacts and To Do lists.  Can I set this up as stated?  Any help is greatly appreciated!
