Site feedback to IBM

First, I know this is the wrong place to do this. I went here:

https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/secure/feedback?cm_mc_uid=99888507591314447375395&cm_mc_sid_50200000=1444758124

filled in the form, hit submit and got:

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/secure/feedback" on this server.

Reference #18.21fa55b8.1444758316.361fff34

Side note: I understand my company may be blocking this URL but that looks a lot like an IBM denial message.

So...sorry for the clutter and here ya go...

For some time now (several months), the 9.0 forum seems to double up on anything I submit. It happens with initial posts and if I reply. The duplicates are not all the time and I have been unable to determine what I might be doing that is causing the problem.

Not a huge deal but it makes the poster look like they don't know how to use the 'save' button...I think I have that bit down so if there's something I'm doing that is causing the problem, let me know.

<other addendum> see? Two submissions for one save click and they are different docs because you can see that the addendums are different. Sup wid dat?

IE 11

We access the web via terminal servers running whatever version of IE IT has decided we need to use.

The TS also blocks access to any number of sites based on our security mandates. We have no way to know what's been blacklisted in advance (other than all social media sites and YouTube)
