9.0.1FP9 & 10 cannot upgrade after April 19

I am running 9.0.1FP8.  Tried to upgrade to 9.0.1FP10 and it failed.  Known issue if you try to upgrade after April 19.  Must wait until IF3

Notes (W32 and MAC64), and Sametime 9.0.1 FP1 Standalone and Embedded ST Clients fails with a certificate error

Cure was to reinstall FP8

My Notes client was unusable.  I had to run the FP10 install again and tell it to uninstall.  Then I ran the FP8 install again.  I can use my Notes now until they come out with FP10IF3
