Consume an SAP WebService

Hi,  We are struggling to be able to create a webservice in SAP.  We have a number of requirements, the priority being to use the Personnel Time management BAPI's to create Leave / TimeOff requests in SAP.

Does anyone have experience with consuming webservices from SAP and are willing to help us?
