Resource booking not confirmed after move

Hello forum,

we have moved resource databases to a new server. I followed all the steps for moving.

If now a user is booking a resource he will not get anymore confirmation about the booking. If I go to the resource database I can see that the mail with booking information is coming in, but is stored with form "Notice" and is not appearing in the calendar view of the resource database.

So it seems the incoming mail will not be processed?

Any idea? Thanks

Is it in a cluster?

I assume the RnR manager is running.

If the resource database was moved within a cluster you may want to check which server owns the database and will process the requests.  Do so using this console command:

TELL RNRMGR WHOOWNS resource_db_name.nsf

Try "trace <ServerName>" from Domino console

Each server involved in RnR process should successfully trace by name other Domino servers and itself(!)....
