iNotes BHO does not work in Windows 8.1 ordinary user

Hi

Browser cache management component named "DWABrowserHlprObj Class" does not work for regular user on Windows 8.1 (64bit).  IE11 shows status : not compatible.  The same component 'is compatible' if administrator logs on to the same Workstation. UAC is disabled via control panel and OS is restarted after UAC disablement. Domino server is in Local Intranet Hosts security zone, compability view is enabled for Domino URL.

Issue was not reproduced on IE11 for regular user of Windows 7 (32bit).

Any ideas how to get it working for Windows 8.1?
