Cannot configure work account BES 10, Z10 and Traveler 9

Hi,

I have installed BES 10, but not sure about the configuration. We had active directory but it was only for access control. With BES 10 you need link it to an active directory. What I have done is just add the email address to the existing active directory account. Is that enough or I should have done other configuration? I have also created the email profiles.

When configuring the email, I get error message 'Activation can't be completed. Check that you are connected to a network or contact your administrator for assistance' Please find email profile settings below; for the server name should I put the public IP or I can just put the local IP; both BES 10 server and Traveler 9 server is in the same zone.
