Icons extremely small in MS Surface Pro

I have a user running Lotus Notes 9.01 SP2 on MS Surface Pro running Windows 8.

The problem I am seeing is the bookmark icons and toolbar icons are extremely small.

It doesn't matter whether running in standard or basic mode.

I even tried to change the resolution in the Windows and same issue.

IBM, is this also a known issue?

Thanks for the repy Okio....When you say "Windows Scaling",

do you mean that's the max. size in Surface Pro?  I do not have login for the link you have posted.

If possible, can you please copy and paste PMR into this post..
