How to troubleshooting OOS

Hi,

in an environment with traveler it occurs that persons has enabled OOS, but in some cases when they read or read&answer mails over smartphone the OOS deactives itself.

It seems a traveler issue but i want to know how i can get more informations about this issues. How i can troubleshoot this?

Do the users with this issue have Traveler Companion installed on their phones?

The reason I ask is that it is possible to disable their Out of Office from within the app, and someone might do so if they open that section of the app.

Which version of Traveler are you on?  I looked through the release notes, but did not see anything that suggested that this problem has been addressed in a given release of Traveler.
