How to modify "rcplauncher.properties" using installshield tuner

Hi,

i need to make modifications to rcplauncher.properties file located in C:\Program Files (x86)\IBM\Notes\framework\rcp.

Can i do that using InstallShield Tuner and how?

Any examples for that?

new deployment and difference between N8.5.x and N9
I want to modify the file as part of a new deployment.

BTW:
When i modify this file in my Notes 8.5.2 deployment (manually), a new entry for rcp.data works (e.g. c:\temp).
When i do this in Notes 9, i can write what i want nothing works. The java workspace is allways in the Notes data directory. Weird.
