Windows phone 8 and IBM traveler

I'm getting  this error on Windows Phone 8.1 Nokia Lumia phone while trying to connect to IBM traveler 9.0.1 on (Domino server V.9 under Windows 2008 server)

"You need personal certificate to connect to server xxxxxx.com. Error Code: 85030027"

I spend mote than 2 weeks to solve this problem - test a many solutions found on different forums: export certificate from server, send by yahoo mail and instal on phone....etc...but nothing solve problem - still  can not synchronize company mails

Domino server has a valid certificate and I am really not sure  on what personal certificate warning me Windows phone...how to provide it?

I can not believe that Microsoft and IBM does not have solution for this......

Please for advice how to solve this?

is ssl client cert auth enabled?
check your web server config at domino, do you allow ssl client certificate authentication?
ports-> internet ports -> http
any luck if you turn that off and restart http/traveler?

SSL client auth enabled

Yes, under port--->internet ports-->Authentication option--->client certificate, name&password, Anonymous    all options are set to YES.

I forget to mention, Android and Apple devices do not have any problem with connection, only Windows phone  - with error:

"You need personal certificate to connect to server xxxxxx.com. Error Code: 85030027"

Windows phone 8 - problem solved

 Problem solved.

Tricky is to set option like Brnadon explain: tell server that does not ask for personal certificate:

ports-> internet ports -> WEB ---set Authentication option - client certificate = NO
