Email format is stripped in Outlook

We are now in a mixed mail environment - Notes & Outlook with Notes applications.  I have multiple notification applications -- system down : maintenance : releases etc.  Each application has a publish button with LS behind it that populates/ sends a form named memo.  A memo form is in each application with appropriate branding, fields, table layouts etc.  With our new Outlook employees all formatting, graphics etc.  is striped when they receive these notifications.  I know I can code NotesMIME in the script for each application.  I was wondering if there was a simpler way of doing this, maybe a way to format the different memo forms.

Any help is appreciated.

html tags

I got around it by creating a form (for mail notifications)...
Enable Passthru HTML on the forms and surround the formatted table with html tags..

Check the Outlook settings too

Outlook may be configured to convert inbound mail to text. If that's the case, there is nothing you can do to fix the problem.

Check your Domino server 'configuration - Mime - Conversion - outbound' settings and make sure you're pushing out HTML. We do this and even doc links survive the trip to Outlook.

If you want to eliminate the hassle, go to Genii software; Ben has a wicked awesome product that maintains email fidelity across platforms. (don't work for the company, just know Ben makes wicked awesome products that solve real problems).
