Hi,

My traveler server is crashing very often. Crashed on 20/03/17 17:10, 21/03 00:53, 23/03 9:39, 24/03 8:20. IBM Traveler 9.0.1.13 Build 201608121241_40 running on IBM Domino server Release 9.0HF1136. When I run Lotus Notes Diagnostic on the NSD file, I got this for 21/03 crash :StaticThreadMem  + OSStaticMem  + Java_lotus_domino_NotesThread_NnotesTermThread  + gpProtectedRunCallInMethod  + signalProtectAndRunGlue  + j9sig_protect  + gpProtectAndRun

For 23/03, I got: StaticHangEnable + LockHandleExt + OSLockObjectExt + OSLockObject + SECMemFreeLocked + SECMemFreeVector + iSECIssFreeTrustPolicy. For 24/03 I got  StaticThreadMem  + OSStaticMem  + OSStaticMemBeginInit  + NotesSDKTData  + AddInIdleDelay  + HTAddInMain  + AddInMain.

Can somebody please let me know what I can do to stop the server from crashing. Do you think upgrading domino server to 9.0.1 will solve the issue? Thanks for your help.

Arvind

Server Crash

For this issue you should open a PMR with IBM technical suppport so that they can evaluate the logs, and give you a solution to this issue.
