With regards to watermarking documents, you can do this by adding an image to a form design. The image can be there all the time or computed based on conditions you set. You have an option to force use of a specific form in views or via a 'print' button you create and add to the design. Depending on your intent for the watermark, this may or may not meet your needs.

Must add watermark such as "Can't copy" when send out / received mail  in IBM iNotes 9.0.1,so I want to know how to do that please?

The below provides the steps for incorporating an image as a background. You would need to make the image that you are importing transparent if it is to function as a watermark.

The image would also need to be sized appropriately.
