Domino 9 Update generates Chrome alerts "Confirm Navigation"

After upgrading to 9, Chrome has started to alert users of an app on our server with "Confirm Navigation"

I've confirmed that this does not happen in 8.5.3 with a replica of the application. It happens only in Chrome, not Firefox/IE/Safari. Anyone else seen this?
