How to change the language of the Domino Administrator ?

Hello everyone, how are you? I hope great.

I have a problem I can not solve.

Domino Administrator is not available in Spanish.

Some Domino Administrators want to use Notes and Administrator in native language. 

Can help me To change the Administrator (English version) to Spanish Language ??
