How can an administrator import notes id files into the mail files?

I know how an individual can import an id file into their Notes mail file using iNotes.

However I've been asked if there is a way for the administrator to do that instead of having the end users go through that process.

Make it automatic...

Use IDVault and also set "Allow Notes-based programs to use the Notes ID Vault" to Yes in the security policy. When a user needs access to their ID it will be automatically uploaded when required.
