Can you please open a Traveler PMR for this issue? The support team will want to collect sync logs and a dumpdoc of one of the appointments. http://www-01.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSYRPW_9.0.1/UserSynchronizationProblems.dita For step 4, recreation, please create a new appointment with a unique subject ( ie IBM TEST Appointment 1 ) and wait 10 to 15 minutes before collecting logs using the tell traveler -s pmr command. Before collecting the logs, generate a dumpdoc of the new appointment. Note if the user's mail DB is encrypted, the dumpdoc will not be accessible by support, in this case, a new empty DB should be created without encryption and then cut and paste the appointment to the new database before uploading to IBM. Thanks.
