Cannot "decline" appointment after "acception"

Hi !

one of our users has the problem, that she cannot "decline" an appointment after she has accepted it.

The option (button ) is not visible inside the appointment document.

Other invitees has not the problem.

I think the problem occurs only in "repeated" appointments.

What could be the problem here ?! Any help is welcome.

Need more info
It sounds as if that users meeting is in a state where Notes thinks they do not need to act on it any more (e.g. they delegated it to another user rather than simply declined it).   The questions that come to mind first that need answering are:

If you look at the $CSTrack on the doc, what actions does it say were taken on it?  (That would be the lines with PA or Participant Action in them)

What is the NoticeType on entry?

What participation status does the meeting owner see for that user?

Does the user use any mobile devices to access their calendar (e.g. Blackberry or Traveler)?

A couple more questions
Ok based on the answers you provided it sounds as if the invitee has an Accepted meeting on their calendar.

What happens when she opens the meeting and selects Participant Actions / Decline?

If there is no Participant Actions option on the window, what are the buttons on the Action Bar?

Check the design and then open a support ticket
Those are not even close to the action bar buttons that should appear opening an Accepted meeting.  It is not what you would see opening the parent doc either.

We do not have a Check Agenda button.  In fact I cannot find Check Agenda in any part of our stock template (not even on To Dos) so I wonder if the user has a customized mail template.  You should check that and if she is then try replacing the design with a stock mail template.

If that fails to correct the problem then you should contact Tech Support and open a ticket so we can spend the time you need to get the problem resolved.

sorry .. missunderstanding

it´s a Spanish maildesign. So I think I took a wrong translation.

The Spanish buttons are:

Editar - Solicitar informacion - Comprobar agenda
