Location?

You mention that you can only connect via WiFi - but is that any WiFi - or only while you're in the office (Or where ever the Traveler server is located)?

Is there anyone that connect via LTE?

My traveler server was working fine but now it goes away

No one can connect via LTE or away from the office. If you are connected to the Wi-Fi at the office it connects to the traveler server. I am assuming because it means it is connected to the network then.

Internet?

It sounds like maybe the server is not available on the internet then? Or rather - how is the server connected to the internet?

Can you connect to the server from any internet connections outside the office? Either by IP address or by a Fully Qualified Domain Name?

Traveler server works with the network's Wi-Fi only

I have not tried to go to the url: traveler.companyname.com/traveler outside the network. I only tried within the network which works. I tried IBM Verse outside the network and it did not work. The Hyper-Vs at my office went down due to a power outage so I restarted them and the Domino server started to work again. There is one LinuxGui server I got into as command line but not as GUI yet. So everything is basically back like it was except I have not logged into the GUI of the LinuxGui server just the command line login. I changed the IP address of the traveler server and now the server has internet access and is accessible through the network's Wi-Fi. I wonder if logging in to the GUI has to do with the solution to this problem or the IP address I had to give the server?

*Update: the url traveler.companyname.com/traveler did not work with Wi-Fi from across the street. I could not remote desktop either to the server by using the IP address unless I was connected to the network.

Traveler server works with the network's Wi-Fi only

I had an issue with the Domino server but once I realized I did not start the spam filter server back up I started it up and the mail was able to route through that server. Everyone received their mail through Domino. I wonder if the LinuxGUI server routes the mail to the internet somehow? This seems like a weird concept. My IBM Verse application on my phone states that, "Connection error with server traveler.companyname.com port 443. Device is up-to-date as of today at 8:38 A.M." This port is open on my server and I do not think I should update my server since this only occurred after a power outage.

*Update I got into the Linux GUI and I do not think the GUI of the LinuxGUI server is the issue (the traveler server is a Windows OS).

network

You need to work with the network folks at you company to make sure the url works outside of the internal wifi,  Sounds like a firewall needs to be open to this url.   One you have that and the correct ports open you should be fine with phone/off premises wifi.

We have people who travel that use IBM Verse on their phone. From my understanding the ports are open. I tried this both ways (enabled and disabled just to see what happens) as shown below. I changed the Inbound and Outbound Rules to match.

My NTSERRORS from my traveler/logs directory states, "main-bdc *system ConnectionNotificationSender$NotificationDelayQueueThread.getSSLConnection#374 Exception encountered while trying to establish an SSL connection for Apple Push Notification Service (APNS) to gateway.push.apple.com on port 2,195. Apple Push

Last I remember - (and i could be all wet) Apple Push is 'optional' in that it even if you cannot push messages thru Apple Push - the mobile device still will poll the Traveler server to pick up mail. And, of course, it's not used at all for Android.

You stated:  ' the url traveler.companyname.com/traveler did not work with Wi-Fi from across the street. I could not remote desktop either to the server by using the IP address unless I was connected to the network. '

I wouldn't expect that you would be able to remote desktop from across the street, but if you cannot browse to the traveler server from autside your internal network, your phones will not be able to, either.

From a web browser, (at home, for example) try to browse to:  https://traveler.companyname.com - or https:<ipaddress> - the external IP for your server. If you cannot connect from there that's what you need to work on....

Traveler server works with the network's Wi-Fi only

That is what I figured. The version is 9.0.1FP3 HF241, but the weird thing is that it was working before this crash. Why would the crash affect the SSL certificate? Also, I am new to Domino and do not want to destroy the Domino email server. Is there a step-by-step tutorial to help me with this or could IBM give me assistance? How much down time would this give the Domino server?

Router Issues

Could my router after the power outage reset it's firewall settings so now I cannot access the server unless I am apart of the network? I cannot remote into any of the servers unless I VPN from outside the network or am on the network already.

Sure

I have seen changes that where done on the fly and not saved.   Like I said dbefore you need to have a network person work with you on troubleshooting this issue.    Here is a technote I found for troubleshooting firewall issues.    Remember all troubleshooting connectivity test need to be done while connected to a public connection not internal to your company.
