Hi.

I have the following setup on a Windows 2008 R2 Server for a very small user group (2 users :o):

      Domino Server 9.0.1 FP1

IBM Notes Traveler 9.0.1.0 Build 201407230949

everything is setup correctly and working perfectly.

I am using IMAP and SMTP to send mails from a Mac computer (on 10.9 with the latest patches applied). This works perfectly. Unfortunately the setup (SMTP open externally) means that somebody is always trying to hack SMTP :o(

I was wondering if anybody had been able to setup the Mail.app from Apple to use Traveler's ActiveSync - I did a bit of testing last night but could not get it to work. NB: I am aware that this is not officially supported but wouldn't it be great if this could work :o) No more POP3/IMAP and SMTP - just one server that supports all my Mac clients :o)

Any ideas?

Thanking you in advance

Ursus

PS: I did hear about Outlook access via ActiveSync this year at Connect 2014 (Project Hawthorn if I am not mistaken) - but that is Outlook 2013 on Windows only!
