admin4.nsf Document Not Signed

Hi Admins,

 

We are currently having problem on admin4.nsf that reports- "Document is not signed". This only occurs during "Changing of HTTP Password in Domino Directory".

We also have a policy that do not permits to update internet password using iNotes.

 

I have already repair the admin4.nsf using compact, updall and fixup tools.

I have already deleted previous requests and logs from admin4.nsf, plus replace the design and shows the latest template.

 

Still the problem persists (Title: Administration Requests (6) Path: admin4.nsf; Error: Document is not signed.)

Hoping anyone can help me about this.

Create a PMR...
Hello Mike,

   I see a SPR PPOR8SCRAT that sounds like your issue, but I don't see a workaround. I would suggest creating a PMR so that we can investigate.

Did you try to resign the policy and setting document with the current Admin ID ?
