Clustered mail db on non-clustered servers

Hi all,

in the case that we have the following configuration

- 2 domino servers in the same domino domain

- no cluster

-  replicas of users mail db on each server

can mail routing acts like if we have clustered servers ( mail is send to any available server) ?

is there any notes.ini entry or any configuration to allow that ?

For mail routing you need to have the servers clustered

Question for you?
As Barry states, they  need to be clustered...  Why do you not want to Cluster the two Domino Servers?

Hi all and yhx for your reply,

@john : i need to cluster the two servers for mail routing to continue if we have one server down.

My solution :

- Make a domino cluster

- Disable cluster replication with notes.ini entry : DISABLE_CLUSTER_REPLICATOR=1

- configure scheduled replication
