Eighter check your spam-folder or your're trying to use a wrong id (recently I'm receiving mails from other sites that I requested a password reset --> because other people are trying to use my id....)... Have you tried to create a valid login for Fix Central? This will be a different log in from the one you use on the Passport Advantage Website.
