How to make the right sidebar reappear ?

I connected my Notes client to a customer's server and he has set a policy to disable the right sidebar.

How can I make it reappear ? I tried to clear the notes.ini and restart but didn't work. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the client, but that didn't work either.

Does anybody know what that policy does ? Does it change something in a config file somewhere, that I can revert back to normal ?

Try View -> Right Sidebar -> Open

You might need to find out if their Policy prohibits the right sidebar completely, or if it's an 'initial setting' and you're allowed to override it.

Solved

The policy prohibit the sidebar completely. The solution is to delete the directory "workspace" under the data directory. At the next start Notes will recreate it and the sidebar will be there again
