Strange email address issue on replies

I have a couple of users who occasionally are experiencing a strange issue with email addresses being "corrupted" in reply all emails.

I can't seem to figure out what is happening.

They reply all to an email with a number of email addresses and (usually) one of the addresses gets corrupted

For example: the email "Fred Flintstone" <fredflintstone@bedrock.net>

Will show up in the new email as "Fred Flintstone" <fredflintstone@bedrock.net/O=

Then, of course, that address will bounce. Anyone have any ideas?

Mangling of external Internet addresses when doing a reply to all

I see this happening when replying to emails with external addresses in the CC: field.  Out of four external addresses in the reply to all, one may be formatted as in your example, with no righthand angle bracket, and the /O= in its place. In the examples I've seen, the address affected seems to be the last. I thought at first that the sender had not done a reply to all but had copied and pasted addresses from another message, and had failed to include the closing angle bracket on the last address. However, the staff member did not copy and paste the recipients, or attempt to remove a recipient from the reply to all. Also, if I copy the address as you provided into the To: field of a new message, it is corrected by the router task to fredflintsone@bedrock.net.

OK - so I can't just blame the 2 users! ;-)

Must be a bug... anyone ever experienced this and found a fix?

Maybe problem with the location

Can you check if the location its ok?

Open the location y mail tab

verify your domain

I happened on several occasions when a user have the bad location in the domain field and they wanted to respond to a meeting
