Traveler / Verse Problem

Hello.

We have a problem with our Traveler server as of this morning. Some of our Verse clients can no longer connect to the Traveler server over SSL.

When attempting to connect from the Android phones (Marshmallow), nothing happens.

Uninstalling Verse and then reinstalling, causes the following error upon configuration "Error connecting to server https://xx"

The current version of Verse in the Play store is 9.4.0. This is the version I was using, which does not work.

Having found the previous version of Verse, 9.3.0.0, my emails are now syncing again.

Does anyone else have the same issue?

Thanks for the link.

Unfortunately, there is an issue outside of the information documented.

I have attempted to install the 9.4.0.2 version from the Play store on a new Nexus 7 tablet and the same problem occurs.

Hopefully IBM will come out with a fix ASAP
