We have a user who's device gets banned as soon as he connects to the Traveler server. This is an Android 2.3 device

This is a list of all the steps we took (without any success):

- disabled the option "Prohibit devices incapable of security enablement" in the Android Security Settings on Traveler

- tried a "tell traveler security delete" on the device-id

- tried a "tell traveler reset" on the device-id

-tried a "tell traveler security flagsRemove" on the device-id

- restarted Traveler after all those changes to make sure they get applied

- let the user re-configure the device after all the changes above

Nevertheless, this was all in vain. The device still gets banned after any attempt.

And no, telling the user to get a new device is NOT an option, in case anyone was thinking of suggesting this. It would help if I could find the actual reason why a device was banned, but I already know IBM well enough to know that this kind of information is probably not available.
