Domino 9.0 (hotfix) Interim Fix 4 update process

Can we Apply Interim Fix 4 for Domino 9.0 Hotfix directly to Domino 9 or dose it also require first to update if1,if2,if3 then if4?

Domino 9.0 (hotfix) Interim Fix 4 update process
You can apply it directly to 9.0.  The IF's are cumulative and therefore contain all the fixes in the IF's that preceded it.  If however you have a custom hotfix installed you will want to make sure the fixes in you custom hotfix are included in the latest IF otherwise you will need an updated hotfix as well.
