Auto select Encrypt when forwarding encrypted e-mail

When user reply encrypted e-mail, the encrypt box is checked automatically.  However, when user forward encrypted e-mail, the encrypt box is not checked.  Please advise how I can modify the template to check the encrypt box automatically when forwarding encrypted e-mail.  Thanks.

Policy?

Did you look at / try Desktop Policy?

Desktop Settings -> Preferences -> Mail - Encrypt Sent Mail
