Keyboard shortcut for sending mail on Mac

OK, just installed Notes 9 on my Mac and everything is running smooth, EXCEPT the keyboard shortcuts! Where is the regular "Alt+1" or similar to send mail? You can't have just forgotten this IBM...

Yes command+M works and also the new ones Command+1 for opening the inbox etc. but not Send...not as far as I have noticed anyway...

One (small) step ahead here, at http://allhotkeys.com/lotus_notes_hotkeys.html I found that Cmd+Shift+Enter brings up the "Send a mail memo and open a new mail memo in edit mode", related to send mail but with a new by shortcut not handy message box...

cmd-M is b0rken in some cases

I have an Application, where cmd-M opens a Form within the app, instead of new Mail. Only on the Mac, not in Windows.
