SMTP STARTTLS

Apparently, there is no fix for the SMTP Service STARTTLS Plaintext Command Injection issue for Domino.

I have a security vulnerability that needs to be resolved. Is it possible to disable SMTP STARTTLS

altogether? If so, can you tell me how?  Thanks.
