Attachment issue on Apple devices

Hi,

We have a peculiar issue related to attachments on iPhone. We've a couple of users who complain that when they forward an email with attachments, the mail will be without any attachment. I checked the Sent folder/Outbox on the phone and the mail doesn't contain attachments. Today one of those users said that one mail sent is supposed to have 8 images and a Word document, however the mail is delivered with one image(which doesn't open) and an intact Word document.

The problem is this doesn't happen with every mail that the user sends but only for random mails. And the same is true for all the users, only two complained about the issue so far.

I've removed the Traveler profile from the user's device, removed it from the server, re-configured the email. This was done more than once but the issue persists randomly.

Is there anything that I'm missing?

And we are running Traveler 9.0.1.10 on Domino 9.0.1 FP5. Thanks for your inputs.

Regards,

Satish.

We did select the "Include Attachments" option...

Dear Michael,

Thanks for the quick response. We did select this option while forwarding the email. Still somehow the attachments are missing. As said before "...one mail sent is supposed to have 8 images and a Word document, however the mail is delivered with one image(which doesn't open) and an intact Word document...."
