Hi,

since iOS12 Beta and now after release of it, profile based method does not work any more (tried it on 3 iphones with iOS12).

It seems to be an authentication error in background communication with Traveler server.

Apple obviously changed something in the communication pattern based on account data from generated profile.

Maybe IBM has to change the internal structure of the generated profile.

Verse Client App works perfectly on iOS12.

Traveler is 9.0.1.21 on Domino 9.0.1FP10.

I've read  this issue of the same thing, but there is no solution:

Thanks

Uwe

And now our Android phones won't connect...

The changes made fixed the problem for our iPhones on iOS 12, but stopped the communication to our Android phones.

I believe they are using the standard mail app on Android.

Any ideas on that?

edit:  Android clients that are using the Traveler app/installation are receiving email.  The user's using the standard email app, are not getting email.  Full disclosure:  I know nothing about Android.
