Drag&drop to save as EML doesn't work anymore on mail

When I drag & drop a mail to a file window or desktop it should store that mail as a .eml file. This doesn't seem to work anymore in ND9 on Windows. I've asked some others who reported similar problems on Windows (Windows 7) but it does seem to work on Linux. I have checked the preferences to make sure this option is enabled and it is so this should work. Anyone else noticing similar problems? Drag & drop to Connections Files and Activities doesn't work either anymore because of this.

Thanks Wayne, yes someone else pointed this technote out to me but couldn't post it due to the outage of this forum all weekend. Oh well. Solve a bug by deactivating a feature. not the way to go but at least it does work now. Hoping this will be fixed in the next release.
